Tamamo no Mae, more commonly known as Tamamo, is the leader and queen of the kitsune/animal monsters, and one of the Four Heavenly Knights coming second alongside Erubetie when she, the other Knights and Alice clashed to decide who would be the next Monster Lord. Despite her young appearance, she is the most powerful animal-based monster and acted as a mother figure to Alice XV (Fifteenth) and Alice XVI (Sixteenth) when they were being raised to be the next Monster Lord; one rumor states that Tamamo was the mentor of the Monster Lord for five generations straight. Her hometown is Yamatai Village, and her favorite food is thin fried tofu.
In truth, Tamamo is one of the Six Ancestors, one of the very first creations of Alice I (First) and the ancestor bloodline of all animal monsters. Tamamo's right hands, Yao and Nanabi, seem to be aware of this fact. After the Great Monster Wars which happened a thousand years prior, Goddess Ilias tricked all of the Six Ancestors and Alice I into sealing themselves by claiming she would not harm their descendants, but Tamamo, ordered by Alice I to secretly watch over the Monster Lord line, was able to partially escape the seal by throwing her original body into subspace and transfer her spirit into a weaker body. She also developed Word of Dispel, which allowed her to temporarily regain full power for a short while. Tamamo monitored the Monster Lords from the shadows, preparing them against Ilias as well as preventing them from going rogue like the infamous Black Alice who coldly destroyed everything in her path. Though she and her brethren may appear nagging, Tamamo is nevertheless respected as a "second mother". Ilias seems to be unaware of this, or was too preoccupied to even notice.
She is a master of earth magic, using it to make herself immune to most attacks as well as dealing incredible amounts of damage. However, despite her main elemental attribute, Tamamo also uses fire in her Six Ancestor form. Tamamo is also an expert strategist, knowing how to devise plans and meetings to win wars. Also, like all the other Heavenly Knights and Alice, Tamamo is capable of teleportation and telepathy.
Tamamo is shown to be playful, fairly relaxed and easy going similar to Alma Elma, but unlike her, she is not malicious nor cruel. Instead of killing him, she keeps Luka as a husband.
She means no harm to humans, but, like Alice, she initially does not seem to care whatever happens to Luka. She does, however, help him more than once, teaching him how to properly use the power of the earth and actually seems satisfied of how strong he has become near the end of Chapter 2. She also seems to prefer the ideals of coexistence between humans and monsters.

Nanabi
Nanabi is a seven-tailed kitsune, making her the third strongest kitsune, and is said to be one of Tamamo’s right-hand soldiers. As a seven-tailed fox, she is far more powerful than Luka, who barely holds his own during their battle.
In Chapter 1, she follows her master into the Treasure Cave and guards the door at the end. Luka engages her and withstands her Seven Moons twice, however she puts him to sleep. Unfortunately for her, this unlocks his angelic powers and he is able to defeat Nanabi while asleep with various techniques that seem far too powerful for his current state. In addition, he seems to be able to naturally seal the seven-tailed kitsune without using the Angel Halo with one of the techniques, named Daystar.
After Tamamo comes out of the door, she lacks the power to unseal Nanabi and tells her that she must wait. Nanabi eventually leaves along with Tamamo after a long discussion.
In Chapter 3, Nanabi is seen in the Monster Lord’s Castle with other kitsunes helping Tamamo decipher Promestein's discs that detail her evil plots.

Mimic
The Mimic is an Undead monster mimicking a treasure chest found in the Treasure Cave. She resembles a man-eating chest, lined with teeth when opened and revealing what seems to be a pale, undead girl with black hair and clothes. When closed she looks exactly like a normal chest.
Luka has the option whether to ignore fighting the Mimic. There is no reward, unlike other monsters, for skipping the fight with Mimic. However, Luka will gain experience if she is defeated, making the upcoming battle with Nanabi a little easier. Alice does chastise Luka for opening the chest in the first place, though.

Spider Girl
The Spider Girl is an Insect-type monster that dwells in the Treasure Cave in Chapter 1. She is seen about to eat the sealed Kitsune, but switches her sights on Luka, saying he is a better meal for her.
An insect-based monster from the spider family. Primarily living in caves, they create giant webs to catch prey. An exceptionally cruel predator, they eat man and monster alike.

Meda
The second opponent in the Treasure Cave after Kitsune, the Meda seems to be based off a sea louse. She has plenty of tentacles on her body which she can use to catch prey.
Depicted as insect-like and totally blind in the depths of the cave, she tends to speak in broken sentences, keeping noise to a minimum as she relies on hearing to find her prey. As she is blind, her eyes are perpetually closed, although she has an orb on her forehead that may be some kind of visual aid plus Luka also mentions about seeing her eyes if he loses to her.
She has a tendency to say the word “catch” quite often, though if this refers to Luka or is a regular part of her vocabulary is unknown.

Kitsune
The kitsune are a race of foxes with numerous tails, each tail signifying the power of the kitsune. This particular one has only two, which means it is relatively weak by monster standards; however she should not be underestimated, and normal humans would struggle to oppose her.
In Chapter 1, Luka encounters the Kitsune in the Treasure Cave, having been separated from her leader, Tamamo. She is too dimwitted and accidentally reveals to Luka to be assisting Tamamo, having revealed it when she met him. However, she refuses him to let him by.
After a battle, the sealed Kitsune bites Luka and runs off, only to be trapped by a Spider Girl. Luka does the heroic act and defeats the Spider Girl, only to be bitten again.
When Luka meets Tamamo, she unseals the Kitsune and his heroic act from earlier allows him to claim the Poseidon’s Bell.
In Chapter 2, after Luka averts the crisis in Yamatai Village, then returns to the town and heads to the Fox Shrine, the same Kitsune from the Treasure Cave is in Tamamo’s place, and recognizes the "hero" from before. She is then bullied by Alice who picks her tails and steals her thin fried tofu.
In Chapter 3, after Luka averts the crisis in Yamatai Village again and returns to the town's Fox Shrine, the Kitsune is still there. Alice then gives her tofu, but it turns out to be too spicy for her to handle.
Later, Kitsune is seen in the Monster Lord’s Castle, helping Tamamo decipher Promestein's discs that detail her evil plots.

The Roper Girl is a infamous man-eating monster, known for its cruelty. One is is encountered by Luka en route to Iliasport.

Dark Elf Mage
The Dark Elf Mage is an elven monster that patrols Enrika. Like the Dark Elf Fencer fought before her, she is an elf who has given herself totally to corruption. The full extent of her magical abilities aren't exactly known, but she can summon tentacles from an unknown source and bonds with them to absorb any semen they extract.
Like the Dark Elf Fencer before her, she shrinks after being sealed by Luka.

Dark Elf Fencer
The Dark Elf Fencer is an elven monster that patrols Enrika. She is the first elf encountered in the game, albeit one which has fallen from grace due to devoting their mind, body, and spirit to depravity.
She is also capable of using a sword, hence her name, however Luka easily sees through the ruse as a ploy as she goes on to using various pleasure attacks. Because she has fallen to darkness she also holds some dark seductive powers, using her kiss to enrapture men before using her tainted body to corrupt them and make them just like her, devoting themselves to carnal desires after their soul has been sucked out by her genitals.
She confronts Luka seemingly to turn him away from Enrika, as does the Dark Elf Mage after her, only to be sealed and shrinks into the size of Luka's palm. Despite her dark disposition, she is a guardian of the town. In Chapter 3, after Ilias's army is repelled in Enrika, Luka encounters her in the town. She explains that she helps protect the town in order to repay Micaela for allowing her to stay, even after falling into darkness.

Queen Harpy
The Queen Harpy is the ruler of the harpies close to Happiness Village. Because harpies need to reproduce to survive, the Queen Harpy ordered her fellows to kidnap men from Happiness Village and mate with them; she was generally against that idea, but knowing the men would instantly refuse, the Queen had no other option than extinction.
In Chapter 1, Luka aids the women in Happiness Village and sets out to defeat the Queen of the Harpies. She does not fight seriously; choosing not to dodge Luka's blows which she deems as fighting "in a sloppy way”, and Luka as a result overcomes her. He then summons the human women to raid the village, but the Queen Harpy refuses to give up the kidnapped men. Before Luka can seal her, the kidnapped men rush to the Queen Harpy’s side and defend her, revealing that they were only taken for reproduction purposes.
Nightfall comes, and the humans and harpies come to a conclusion: the harpies will no longer kidnap men and the women will send men from their village to marry harpies, in return the harpies must help with Happiness Village’s farming and beekeeping. The next morning, the humans and harpies wish Luka and Alice goodbye and good luck on their journey of creating coexistence. As they prepare to leave, the Queen Harpy stops them, indirectly asking Alice if she is the Monster Lord, but Alice merely replies that she is just a traveling gourmet. The Queen Harpy understands and does not ask for further details, leaving Luka dumbfounded.
In Chapter 3, when Ilias's forces attack Happiness Village, Queen Harpy leads counterattack against the chimeras outside of the village. Calling upon techniques and tactics utilized by the previous Harpy Queen, the Large Wing Battle Formation, her harpies route the chimeras while she urges Luka to defeat the Trinity. Even though they successfully repel the invasion, Queen Harpy laments her lack of strength compared to her predecessor, but Alice reminds her that previous queen's warmongering and ambition ended up harming the harpy race and assures that her gentle leadership is what they need. She then thanks Luka and Alice and prepares for a second invasion.

Harpy Twins
The Harpy Twins are harpy sisters with a strong bond. They kidnap and mate with men from the nearby Happiness Village under the orders of Queen Harpy to prevent their extinction. The older sister is protective and tutors her younger, inexperienced sister.
In Chapter 1, as Luka tries to subdue the Queen Harpy at Harpy Village, the twins run into him, with the younger sister deciding to be his first. Like with the Harpy from before, his attacks prove worthless as they fly away, and like before they do not hold down his arms when trying to mate. After a small fight, the younger sister cries out and calls Luka a "meanie" for trying to "kill" the older sister. Feeling guilty, Luka retreats, the two not giving chase.
After resolving the issue between the humans and the harpies, the two work hard in Happiness Village so they can play when finished.
In Chapter 3, after Luka repels Ilias's invading forces on Happiness Village, both sisters reveal they survived by playing dead.

Harpy
A Harpy is a winged humanoid creature. Under the order of Queen Harpy, the harpies kidnap male humans from Happiness Village to mate in order to preserve their race
In Chapter 1, upon Luka’s arrival at Happiness Village, she attempts to kidnap the last male of the village, a young boy, until Luka intervenes in which she takes interest in him instead. She fights in the air, making it difficult for Luka to combat her until she pins him down; because she is not holding down his arms, he easily strikes her. Eventually, she flees.
After Luka resolves the issue between the humans and harpies, the same harpy is stationed at Happiness Village trying to mate, much to the annoyance of the female humans.
In Chapter 3, when Happiness Village is under attack from Ilias's forces, she tries to rescue a boy from Chimera Prison but nearly falls prey to Chimera Medullahan, however Luka rushes in and saves her from Chimera Medullahan. After he defeats Chimera Medullahan, Queen Harpy defeats Chimera Prison.
After the battle, Luka can talk to her, where she thanks him for saving her and tries to entice him into mating with her.

Bee Girl
Bee Girl is a bee-like monster attacking Luka on his way to Happiness Village. Seeing that Happiness Village is known for its high-quality honey, Bee Girl is presumed to be one of many of her kind which create the honey that they sell.
Bee Girl also has a taste for her special honey, which she keeps in her honeycomb-like abdomen. In fact the only thing being more flavorsome to her being a mix of human semen and her own honey which she laps up with her long tongue. When she sees Luka she tries to force him to become the source of her next meal.
She is also the first insect-based monster to attack Luka in the game. Despite her chitinous lower body, her vagina is lined with fine fur and filled with warm honey, something that can catch Luka off guard if he loses to her.
After being sealed by Luka, she was transformed into a bee and flew away.

Dragon Pup
Dragon Pup is the final monster of the Four Bandits located within the Irina Mountains, she calls herself “of fire”. Unlike the other Bandits, she does have abilities related to the element in her "title", as she can breathe fire due to her nature as a dragon. Along with Vampire Girl, she was feared because she is a dragon.
After Luka defeats Vampire Girl, he finally meets the dragon who, not surprisingly, is a juvenile delinquent. He attacks once, realizing his slashes do nothing; Dragon Pup begins to cry like the others, then quickly shakes it off. Luka then strikes with Demon Decapitation, which knocks her down and she loses the will to fight.
Having defeating the Four Bandits, Luka has her apologize to Iliasburg’s citizens, who forgive her for not being a potential threat. Dragon Pup then works at the Weapon Shop as a blacksmith-in-training. Before Luka and Dragon Pup part ways, she gives him the Red Orb, having stolen it from a group of people, and Luka vows to return it to its original owner.

Vampire Girl
The third of the Four Bandits, Vampire Girl gives herself the title “of the wind”, however she has no wind-based attacks as she reveals that Four Bandits are merely imitating the Four Heavenly Knights. Despite her age, she possesses powers that are close to an adult vampire. Along with Dragon Pup, she was feared for her status as a vampire.
Her teeth are not yet sharp enough to puncture skin directly, but repeated biting can cause scratching, through which she can absorb a man's energy, usually through their neck, or, because it is a more effective way, through their penis. Her powers of hypnosis are also quite remarkable.
After defeating Tiny Lamia, Vampire Girl fights next. She changes into a bat and clings onto Luka, however, he is able to push her off. She then cries, but, unlike the Tiny Lamia, she does not flee. Vampire Girl then tells Luka to look into her eyes, however he does not. She then cries again and runs away.
After defeating the Four Bandits, Luka has her apologize to Iliasburg’s citizens, who forgive her for not being a potential threat. Vampire Girl works in the tool shop, but the owner finds that he needs to keep an eye on her, as she likes to hypnotize customers into overspending on the merchandise.

Tiny Lamia
Tiny Lamia is the second of the Four Bandits Luka faces in the Irina Mountains. Like the rest of her fellow bandits, she claims to be attributed to an element, specifically “of the water”, but humorously enough knows no water-based attacks. She exaggerates on many of her abilities and attributes such as her chest, however, her one dangerous point are her tight genitals, unable to breed but still having a desire to feed.
After defeating the Goblin Girl and infiltrating the lair, she tries to bind Luka in a tight squeeze, but her efforts come to no more than a “massage”, as Luka states. He easily gets her off, to which she cries and runs away.
After defeating all the Four Bandits, Luka has her and the rest of the bandits apologize to the citizens of Iliasburg, and they are easily forgiven for not acting as a potential threat. She then works at the Sutherland Inn to make amends for her crimes. She eventually learns how to make Ama-ama Dango and becomes the monster representative of Iliasburg during the strategy meeting at the Monster Lord's Castle.

Goblin Girl
Goblin Girl is the first of the Four Bandits stationed at Irina Mountains. According to her self introduction, she represents the element “of the earth”, however she does not actually manipulate said element. Although young, she is very powerful and physically strong.
She meets Luka at Irina Mountains and fights him, throwing sand in his face and preparing to use her ultimate move, however he evades her crashing hammer. She soon starts swinging around randomly until she trips and surrenders, revealing the location of the bandit hideout, and flees after telling him he'll face off with a lamia, a vampire, and a dragon.
After Luka defeats the Four Bandits, she apologizes to Iliasburg’s citizens, and they forgive her for her past wrongs. She then works at the warehouse carrying and transporting goods.
